Room Booking
Our hotel offers two types of room booking: guaranteed and non-guaranteed. In guaranteed reservations, the first night must be pre-paid. Both cash and bank transfers are accepted. If you fail to arrive on time, the room is held until checkout the day after the arrival. For non-guaranteed reservations, we expect you to arrive until 13:00. The reservation will automatically be cancelled once the check-in time is over.
Please note that a cancellation penalty will be applied in case you cancel the booking less than one day before check-in. The sum of the penalty equals room cost per day.
The only thing required for check-in is your passport, both for Russian Federation citizens and foreigners. Your personal info is used only for the hotel registration, we do not share it with third parties.
Hotel Regulations
Check-in time until 13:00, check-out before 12:00. Please get yourself ready for checking out on time.
Unfortunately any animals are not allowed. Your pets have to be left with relatives and friends or placed in the hotel for animals.
Children under 10 stay for free if no extra bed is required.
We change bed linen and towels every three days. If you need them to be changed more often, this paid service will be provided upon request.
Guests who are not registered in the hotel can be invited from 8:00 to 23:00. Please inform the administrator about their visit in advance.
We also ask all our guests to take care of furniture and hotel appliances and never disturb other residents. In case of any furniture or equipment damage, you will be charged for it.
When leaving the room make yourself sure that all the appliances and water are turned off. Please pay for the accommodation no less than 5 minutes before departure.

Location and Surrounding Area
Another Aviastar Hotel advantage is its convenient location. The restaurant of Georgian cuisine Antresol, The Bulki bar, Ikra sushi bar, coffee shop Dali, Cube fitness center, Aviator sports center, Kryl'ya cinema, McDonalds, Samolyot and Veles shopping centers, Lenta hypermarket, Pyaterochka, Gulliver and Magnit supermarkets are located near the hotel.
Several bus stops with public transport passing through all major urban routes are available within walking distance. It is also easy to get to Aviastar-SP factory, Zavolzhye industrial zone and the airport from the hotel.
